I have enjoyed working at Astronics AES for 20 years now. My peers are delightful people to work with. I have always had challenging assignments and working together helps all of us to be successful, which benefits our customers, the company, and the community.
For me, after working here 30 years, it’s almost hard to believe we are NOW witnessing the most successful and exciting time for our company’s future. Our reliable products of the past, still being produced, along with all the development for many new diversified products just seem to get better and better every year. As a Drafter, I truly love working with the dedicated people I deal with on a daily basis, they make me want to stay for 30 more.
I think Astronics AES is a great company to work for, for many reasons. It is exciting to work for a company that is the leader in the industry and continues to grow exponentially day by day. I feel that as a company/team we are all peers, from management on down, in that everyone is allowed and encouraged to offer ideas and suggestions on improving various aspects of the company. I enjoy the flexible hours which allows me to balance my personal and work life. But most of all, I love working here because of the people. I have the benefit of being part of a team of smart, fun, and friendly people. We work hard and take pride in what we do, but we have fun too and enjoy each other’s company.
